To qualify for the Diamond Community Advantage Program, you need to meet certain criteria:

  • Property Eligibility: The property must be located in a majority-minority census tract in Cook County, Illinois or Lake County, Indiana.
  • Borrower Eligibility: You must meet DRMC's underwriting criteria, including any minimum required investment or similar requirements.
  • Government-Backed Mortgages in Cook County: Only government-backed mortgages are eligible in Cook County, ensuring additional support and security for borrowers.
